DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• We ship domestically in India via Shiprocket.
• We levy flat Shipping Charges of Rs. 150/- on orders below Rs. 5,000/- , Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000/- across India is currently free. Orders can take anywhere upto 4-5 days to reach to you (Shipping may be delayed during Festivals).
• Kindly verify your address before placing the order to avoid unexpected delays.
• Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
• Once dispatched, an email with tracking details will be sent to you.

• If you prefer a different shipping method or urgent shipping, please get in touch with us on WhatsApp or drop us an email on info@masala-chai.com at the time of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• For international orders, we use trusted Logistics partners such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex etc to ensure seamless and prompt deliveries.
• Rates will be calculated on the website at the time of checkout.
• Delivery Time for nearby countries is 7 Business Days and 8-10 Business Days for all the others. If by any chance your country name is not mentioned at the time of checkout, connect with us on WhatsApp or drop us an email at info@masala-chai.com and we will help you further!
• Customers are responsible for CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES for orders outside INDIA.

United States (US) Orders will attract extra Duty Charges of 50% plus Taxes as per ongoing Tariff conflict between India & US.
